The Lion King: a guide to the top new books, toys and more!

There’s not many of us reading this today that won’t have watched the original The Lion King and shed a tear or two during this classic film with the legendary soundtrack. It’s one of my favourite stories to have shared with my own children, and I know so many families are eager to see Disney’s new film which is now showing in cinemas (you can read my review here).

If you’re a fan of The Lion King you will be spoilt for choice with the amazing new products that are now available in stores to celebrate the film’s release. From incredible new books, exciting toys, fun clothes and stylish Funko Pops, and even awesome stationery and jewelry, there really is something for everyone.

Young children will delight in playing with the figurines included in The Lion King: My Busy Books, and stickers are always a win with my kids so I know they will love this The Lion King: 1000 Stickers. I’ve never met a child who doesn’t enjoy playing with an erasable magnetic drawing pad so this The Lion King: Learning Series with a book featuring step-by-step instructions on how to draw your favourite characters as well as a magnetic pen and pad promises to be used again and again!
