Snack ‘n Sip Cup

The Snack ‘n Sip Cup from Nuby is a fantastic combination that your kids are guaranteed to enjoy, drinking and snacking from the same container!

From the moment my daughter laid eyes on the Snack ‘n Sip Cup she couldn’t wait to try it out, having guessed exactly what the little division on top of the cup was for. Simply unscrew the cup’s lid, fill with your little one’s drink of choice, screw it back on, and then pop a few small biscuits into the snack compartment on top. There is a lid that can snap closed to keep the snacks safe during transport. Voila, you’re ready for on the go snacks and a drink in the car, or for a fun picnic in the garden at home.

My two little ones loved morning or afternoon snack time with either a few biscuits or some fruit in the top compartment, and some cold juice or water in the cup.

The Snack ‘n Sip Cup features a flexible silicone straw which is very soft and gentle for your little one’s gums and teeth. This straw is designed to help prevent drips and spills, and after my kids rigorously put this to the test I can honestly say it stands up to this promise!

The entire cup can be disassembled and cleaned, you can even wash it in the dishwasher (top rack only) and it can be sterilised in the microwave or through boiling. The straw, however, can be tricky to put back in when you’ve taken it out to clean it – I found if you wet it a little it helped to thread it back through. The cup is BPA free and made from break-resistant plastic so it will withstand a few knocks.

The range includes a wonderful selection of bright and colourful cups, from a navy blue cup with a pirate to a light blue cup with a pretty butterfly. There really is something from this range for everyone, and priced at R129.99 it’s a great buy for your kids. It’s recommended for ages 12 months and up.
