Gruffalo, Where Are You?

Gruffalo, Where Are You? is the perfect introduction to this famous story for your baby. This small board book is based on the popular picture book by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler and features wonderful felt flaps that will both captivate and engage your little one.

Small enough for little hands to hold while being sturdy enough to be held is the standard for books for babies. It features the basics of The Gruffalo story, and will introduce your young baby to mouse, fox, owl, snake and finally the Gruffalo with bright coloured pictures and different background colours on each page.

Each animal is hiding behind a soft felt flap, encouraging your baby to reach out and lift the felt flap to reveal the character. Even if they are too small to lift the flap themselves, they will delight in you lifting it for them.

Children love to lift-the-flaps in books, even now at the age of four my son excitedly lifted the felt flaps to see who was hiding behind. Except now he’s old enough to have guessed the animals based on the descriptive line read before, his knowledge of The Gruffalo story, and the sneaky clues given just above each flap!

Gruffalo, Where Are You? is available at bookstores and online retailers for a recommended retail price of R170.
