My kids love their Shopkins, they’re always finding imaginative new ways to play with them and searching for fun containers to store them in. I knew Amy was going to be blown away by the new Shopkins Happy Places range, and I wasn’t wrong!
The Shopkins Happy Places Rainbow Beach: BBQ Party Surprise Me Pack ticks all the boxes, it’s lots of fun to unwrap and your little one will enjoy hours of imaginative play with the brightly coloured Shoppie, Lil’ Pet and accessories. You’ll be able to see some of the goodies included in the packaging, but the others are hidden behind windows which you can open to reveal the surprises.
Fleur Mingo is the star of the show, dressed with sweet Flamingo shoes and headgear as well as a pretty pink dress which you can take off her. She is articulated so her head can move left and right and her arms and legs can move up and down too, and she also comes with a stand. She’s joined by her pet bunny and together they are going to have an awesome BBQ party with some fun Flamingo themed furniture with little faces and her pink Petkins.
Both Fleur Mingo and her bunny can sit on the flamingo couch, and there’s also another smaller chair for any guests who join the party. Your child will be able to pop the corn on the braai using the tongs, and serve the corn along with some fresh fruit in a bowl on the table. There is also a smaller table, perfect for the two small cups and then even a larger cup with a lid.
If you’re collecting this Shopkins Happy Places Rainbow Beach range this is the perfect addition to make sure your Shoppies have a lovely outdoor area to enjoy. But it works just as well as a standalone to enjoy imaginative play because it’s just so cute and promises to deliver hours of fun to your little ones.

It’s recommended for children aged five years and older, but my two year old son has loved playing together too – just watch the smaller pieces if you do have a littlie!
