Nibbles: The Monster Hunt (Book Review)

We met Nibbles the book monster last week, and it didn’t take long for him to become a favourite at story time! Nibbles: The Monster Hunt is a fun new children’s book that promises to capture your child’s imagination and have them giggling out loud as you set out on a new adventure together.

Nibbles: The Monster Hunt

The lift-the-flaps and peep-holes make this book interactive, and will have your little ones leaning in that much closer as you share the story together. Nibbles is off, and you’ll need to chase him as he nibbles his way through a fact book, where you’ll find out more about the sun, moon, dogs and even cats, before he attracts the attention of a dragon!

The book monster then causes more chaos as he splashes into a riot of colour, letting you page through a smaller book within the pages of the book. Ethan loved following Nibbles, as he nibbled through each page on his adventure leaving actual holes in the pages. I’m definitely keen to check out the other two titles in this best-selling series now.

Nibbles: The Monster Hunt by Emma Yarlett is available for a recommended retail price of R160.

Thanks to Penguin Random House for sharing this fun book with us.
